The jury returned a verdict of guilty against Mr. Davidson.  This is of course a huge disappointment for Mr. Davidson, his friends and family.  We devoted all of our energy and resources to Mr. Davidson’s case and put forth the best possible defense.  The reality of the trial process is that there is always a winner and a loser.  Today we lost. 

 We want to thank everyone for their support and commitment to us, including or families, support staff and friends.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mr. Davidson and we will continue to fight for him to ensure the best possible sentence.  As well, we will vigilantly comb the record for any errors that might overturn this verdict.
