We were able to not only negotiate a maximum settlement with the insurance company but also to engage the medical providers early on to get them to stop harassing the client regarding the unpaid bills and then, once settlement is obtained, negotiate with the individual medical providers agreements to pay them a reduced percentage of their bills so that the client gets fully compensated for their injuries and damages.
